	Maha Ibrahim General Partner Canaan Partners Maha Ibrahim is a Partner at Canaan Partners, where she focuses on digital media, networking and wireless investments. Known in the industry for her sharp business acumen and focused approach to investing, Maha has worked with some of the nation’s smartest entrepreneurs to build market-leading companies, including Tacit Networks, Mino Wireless and Pickspal. Prior to joining Canaan, Maha held numerous executive-level roles at Qwest Communications including VP of Business Development and VP of eBusiness and Internet Operations. Maha holds a B.A. in Economics and an M.A. in Organizational Behavior from Stanford University and a Ph.D. in Economics from MIT.

	Joe Jasin Vice President \ Corporate Development SK Telecom International Joe Jasin has built a 14-year international career within the wireless telecommunications industry, establishing a depth of experience that includes mobile internet, venture capital, and corporate development. He currently serves as Vice President of Corporate Development for SK Telecom, Korea’s No. 1 mobile communications company, with offices in the U.S. and throughout Asia. He oversees investments and partnerships at SK Telecom, some of which include US-based Helio Mobile, and a $1 billion dollar investment in the Chinese mobile operator, China Unicom. Joe Jasin is also the founder of I.C.E. Wireless, one of the first B2B application service providers of wireless products and services, acquired by Quantumshift, Inc.. He also, founded and sold a boutique investment banking firm called Wireless Blueprint, LLC supporting merger & acquisition and investment transactions in Asia and USA. Prior to those activities, he was at Sprint/Nextel as Director of Product and Business Development.

	Derek Norton Derek Norton is an accomplished entrepreneur and venture capitalist with over 18 years of business building and executive management experience in the technology, internet and media industries. Derek is the founder and Managing Partner of Watertower Group. He was most recently a partner at Entertainment Media Ventures (EMV), a Michael Milken backed seed and early stage venture capital fund located in Los Angeles, California. Prior to EMV Derek founded two southern California based technology companies. Derek was a founding member and partner of Entertainment Media Ventures, a $120 million dollar seed and early stage venture capital fund focused on investment in broadband infrastructure, consumer internet and digital media sectors. Having lead investments in Kassena, Matchcraft and Relegence amongst others, Derek helped guide and support EMV portfolio companies with their growth, strategic initiatives and capitalization strategies.

	Jake Zim COO Safran Digital Group Jake Zim is Chief Operating Officer of Safran Digital Group (SDG), a digital media entertainment company that finances, develops and distributes entertainment programming and technologies for digital platforms. As COO, Zim is responsible for general management and strategic oversight of SDG’s operations including business and product development, marketing, promotions, financing and investment strategies.
